How do Gem Members qualify for Free Shipping?
Every time a Gem Member’s jewelry sub-total is $75 or more they’ll receive Free Shipping! Their sub-total is after the 20% discount is applied and before tax is added. The $39 Gem Membership Fee does not help qualify for Free Shipping since it is not jewelry.

How does Gem Membership Free Shipping work with expedited shipping?
If a Gem Member qualifies for Free Shipping they have the option to ship to event or Direct Ship at no cost. The price for 2nd Day Shipping is $15 and the price for Overnight Shipping is $27.
